How to flash Stock Lollipop Rom Moto G XT1033

Flash Stock Rom Lollipop 5.1 for Moto G 1st gen Using TWRP

Lollipop Bootloader not required.

All ROMs are based on Stock Firmware Images.
Each zip contains ROM and Kernel only. Radio Firmware are available seperately here.

First boot can take a while, don't panic.

download Stock rom from XDA.


How to flash:

1. Boot into latest TWRP and Format Data (Wipe > Format DATA > Yes) - This step is essential, and will wipe Internal Storage (Downloads, Music, Photos etc, **backup important files**)
2. Transfer ROM to Internal Storage. This may be done in Windows via MTP, or using adb sideload or adb push ROM.zip /sdcard/
3. TWRP > Wipe > Factory reset and flash ROM.
4. Reboot.
